There was more than enough room for our group of 18 adults thanks to the space in the main house and 3 cottages. The entire house is old and dirty and just a mess !! Photos were magnificent and online the property shows well. EVERYTHING is old and not in working order. From the upstairs bathtub to the downstairs pool table and dart board NOTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER. The kitchen is very dirty and has a major fruit fly problem and even ants were found by the trash can in the kitchen. It was my worst travel experience in the last 35 years. I have to be as honest and truthful As I can for future potential guests…….their is nothing to be desired about this property. We had a food and beverage delivery from Walmart and the area is so bad. The items were stolen within 25 minutes of delivery. There’s literally homeless people one block away, sleeping on the sidewalks and on the side of building buildings.
