We had great communications and he was very attentive to any needs or request we might have had. The home is in a great location. We were there for a 5 day fishing trip and even though we primarily fished the main lake during the day, we fished the pond behind the home from the dock in the evenings and caught (and released) numerous nice bass! The home itself is very clean ....photos are accurate and you can tell they have done a lot of work to make it the welcoming retreat that it is. There is a small marina with a boat ramp about a 2 minute walk from the home and they offer a boat slip if you don't want to launch and recover every day. In short, if you are looking for a great home in an equally great location to fish the Kissimmee chain of lakes or just looking for a nice retreat with great fishing right out your back door....this is the place.
