This elegant lakefront condo in the Toxaway Point community offers serene lake access, sweeping mountain views, and exclusive use of the community swimming pool and tennis court.  
  
The inviting living area features a stacked-stone fireplace and flat-screen TV, creating a warm and comfortable place to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen includes all necessary appliances and cookware, while an outdoor grill provides additional dining options. The covered patio—enhanced with ceiling fans—offers a refined outdoor escape where you can relax in comfort even on warm summer days.  
  
With accommodations for four, this condo includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The king suite showcases lake views, private patio access, and a walk-in shower, while the queen bedroom offers a jetted tub/shower combination for added comfort.  
  
Additional conveniences include a full-size stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV streaming services.  
  
Please note that privately trailered boats are not permitted on Lake Toxaway. Boat rentals are available through the Lake Toxaway Marina by calling or visiting online.  
  
Pets are not permitted.
