We were told that it would cool down at night so we could open our window and they provided a box fan. The only window in the room had a walkway right outside of it, even though we were on the fourth floor. This place was perfect for my family. Love that it had an extra half bath. The place was immaculately clean. The service was spectacular. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer. Only three things to be aware of: 1\. No free WiFi. There is a plan you can choose to pay for if needed. My husband used our hotspot so we were able to get around paying for it. Our AT&T cell phones had great reception. 2\. There is no elevator. Toting luggage up and down three flights in the snow and rain was a little slick. 3\. Parking was tricky. There was no designated parking spot for our unit. If we needed a handicap spot, there wouldn’t have been an issue. However, there were many times we had to park away from our unit, down the hill a bit. When I raised concerns about the parking with the management, they were helpful by requesting we contact them if there were any further problems so that they could move their personal vehicles to free up parking for us. Can not say enough great things about this place!
