Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM. Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas, and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land. Hence, there is a lot of room to play and relax. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting Bullfrog hot tub. At the end of our street is an easy hike through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable night's sleep. You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully stocked kitchen, with seasonings, coffee filters, and all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Kids will be entertained with air hockey, DVDs, and board games. They also have their own space upstairs with a TV. Outside, they can play tetherball and run on the lawn. It was a fun trip and we enjoyed the beautiful cabin and peaceful neighborhood. Our kids loved the horseshoes, air hockey table, tetherball, hot tub, and relaxing space your cain provided. ##### Kelly P. It’s in a nice peaceful neighborhood, but a quick drive to everything Tahoe has to offer. The house is clean and well stocked. We love to be able to eat outside and play horseshoes and tetherball and then spend time in the hot tub. It’s such a great getaway for the whole family. ##### Jennifer G.
