The property has two huge Master Suites and a third bedroom with a king bed and a large bathroom down the hall. The fourth room is an office with a make-down couch (Queen size). The place was very roomy at 3,000 sq feet with a lovely kitchen and a nice dining room with six chairs. It had multiple fireplaces (both Master Suites and the Family Room). We were a group of six adults and we had plenty of room to move about. It had a spacious deck with a BBQ and table and chairs, but it was too cold to sit outside, but it looked very nice. We cooked most of our meals there and it was really great. It also had a large two-car garage. We were very happy with the property. There were lots of personal items and nice decorations. It was very clean. The property managers were really great and easy to work with. It was also reasonably priced compared to other properties that we were considering. We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday in Tahoe after a tough year and could not have picked a better home. Cozy, great location, clean, phenomenal layout of rooms and amenities. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would want in your own home. I could really go on about how great everything was. Most importantly, my daughter learned to ski and asked us, “when we come back to Lake Tahoe can we stay at the same house”. I commend the owners and property management co. We were not told that so it took a few minutes to figure it out considering you could barely find the building due to all the snow. I called the number for assistance but never got a response all weekend. Not good! Living room fireplace never worked, other than that it was a fabulous townhome with all the amenities and we had a great time staying there. ##### Craig Y.
