I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days. Now it's on manager hands after call. No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that. Await and See. »

« I stayed at the property for 1 night ,comedy show at the Paramount- the room was really nice clean good size king bed sitting area the only thing i didn't like was the free buffet which had no buffet, its was coffee or tea & cold cereal- no bagels no rolls no hot food or anything- the front desk guy was ok but he didn't have a uniform on so if he walked in from the street u wouldn't even know he worked the front desk - had to go down & get the keys replaced twice because they didn't work - but...
