Un endroit fabuleux!!!
C'est un endroit fabuleux à plusieurs égards. Comme mon garçon a des allergies alimentaires, nous avons préféré utiliser la cuisine de notre chambre (plutôt que les restautants). Le seul coté négatif de notre chambre, c'est le coin cuisine. C'est un peu rudimentaire comme espace, et il manque quelques équipements de cuisine. Mais à part ça, tout était parfait.

Excellent hôtel mais bruit du chauffage/climatisation dans la chambre franchement pénible pour un hôtel de ce standing (c'est la 2ème fois que nous y allons, ds 2 chambres différentes, à chaque fois le même problème).

Merveilleux site mais éviter les mariages !
C'était notre deuxième visite au Lodge, coup de coeur des enfants l'an dernier nous avons choisi d'en faire une tradition automnale. Le site est superbe, les installations, le décor, la piscine, la salle de jeux, le buffet du matin et j'en passe. Seul bémol, en revenant de randonnée vers 14 h 30 nous avons voulu luncher mais la salle à manger était occupée par un mariage... résultat= la nourriture servie était infecte, les pâtes de mon fils froides (sortie directement du réfrigérateur!) , les burgers brûlés à l'extérieur et cru à l'intérieur. Mon époux qui était affamé de sa randonnée a tout mangé quand même et a fait une intoxication. Le manager devait nous contacter mais nous n'avons toujours pas eu de réponse. À suivre, nous retournerons quand même mais éviterons de prendre nos lunch la-bas !

Tout simplement extraordinaire... Nous avons une famille de 5, deux ados de 12 et 13 ans, et un enfant 9 ans. Salle de jeux avec Bowling, pingpong, Mississippi, soccer sur table et bien plus. Salle de cinéma avec popcorn inclus. Piscine intérieure et extérieure chauffée. Feu de camp avec s'more. Vraiment c'était parfait. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'est un endroit que je recommande à tous les niveaux. Grande chambre, personnel fantastique, propre et accueillant. Activité tyrolienne, escalade... à 1 heure de route à Ausable Chasm, à faire absolument.

Recently stayed here with school-age children and had a wonderful time. Lots of small details that really made the stay special- warm popcorn for the in-house movies, free ice cream nightly, bonfires and smores nightly, in-house bowling alley, game room and truly well heated pools and hot tubs. The suite style rooms with kitchenette and fireplace make the stay feel like a home away from home. That said, the included breakfast, while generous, is a bit tasteless (husband didn’t eat there after the first day) so May not suit those with more discriminating palates. Also, I wonder how clean the rooms are as we found a pair of mens underwear behind a chair and a woman’s bra under the bed (ick). The curtain rod overhanging the balcony door was attached by a string and blocked the door access- easily could have fallen and hit someone. The washer dryer was also a bit underpowered. Water pressure In the bathroom was great tho. Overall would give about 4 stars due to amenities and convenience.

5 Star experience from start to finish. Beautiful property with many dining options, indoor/outdoor pool, 3 movies per day in the quiet movie theatre, game room for kids, room were very well maintained and exceptionally quiet. We did not hear another person walk by during our 4 day stay. OUR Valet, Norton, met me at my vehicle and unloaded all of our bags and took great care of us during our stay. . Brought me vehicle to me within minutes of asking throughout whole stay. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return. GORGEOUS PROPERTY VERY CLEAN EXCEPTIONAL HOUSEKEEPING QUIET BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS CLEAN POOL AND HOT TUB EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY STAFF - ALL STAFF GREAT BREAKFAST BY THE FIRE

Beautifully decorated!! The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the food in Kanu & Peak 47 are great! The beds are very uncomfortable/hard. Disappointed that the ice skating rink was not open, as the extras like this are what make it worthwhile to stay here. Also, the fireplace in our room had a broken switch and in order to use it, we had to remove a portion of the fireplace panel and use a button on the open wires- don’t feel very safe. Pretty place, charming- very expensive to not have everything working and or available as it should be.

You pay for the excellent service. Holiday decorating interfered with having the included breakfast in the main dining area. Our first time there was was hard to beat, and they didn't.

Love this hotel! I came here with my family as a child and I think enjoyed it even more as an adult! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lot of activities and goes the extra mile with little touches. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Whiteface Lodge blew us away with their comfort and hospitality. Our room was spacious and cozy all in one, not to mention heated floors in the washroom and a washer/dryer! The food at Peak47 and Kanu was high end and delicious and our bed was very comfortable. We met guests who have stayed at this lodge multiple times and keep coming back for more. This hotel is appropriate for all seasons and there are enough activities happening where you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Will definitely go there again!

Understaffed Grounds unkept Bad experience at one of the restaurants. Other guests also complained about the restaurant. No chain locks or interior clasp locks. Security entered my room at 1:30 am. When questioned, he said that he had the wrong room. Next day the GM said that it was just a mistake and offered little explanation why a staff member would enter a room at 1:30am!
