Plus, our prime location near the lively strip grants easy access to bars, restaurants, and attractions. Experience the beauty of our cove retreat for your ideal lakeside getaway! Please note that wood burning fireplaces are not available for guest use. Pet Friendly Property Guidelines \- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through. \- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside \- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone \- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of \- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture \- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. There is no privacy in the unit with no privacy curtains in the living room at all, as well as very thin see through curtains in the master bedroom. The neigbor was cooking on the patio next to us and could see directly into the living room. We couldnt relax or enjoy our privacy with being seen by our neighbor only a few feet away from the window.
