Introducing the Heavenly Hideaway. This luxurious condo features upscale finishes, three spacious bedrooms, plus a view that you will remember for a lifetime! Prime location on mile-marker 2 off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the strip! The complex offers elevators to the units and pools (NO STAIRS), 3 pools, two hot tubs, multiple public grills and a 12x32 boat slip available for rent! Kitchen and Dining Area This gorgeous open concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a duo drip and K cup coffee maker, and all the essentials you could need while away from home. In the dining area there is an island bench and a table with seating for six. Living Room The living room features a sofa, two recliners, two accent chairs, side tables, a full-size murphy bed, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lakefront balcony. Fireplace not operational. Master The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, armoire, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached master bathroom with a soaking tub, stand-alone shower, and a double vanity sink. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a full-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, nightstand, and a closet. Guest Bathroom There is a half bath located off of the kitchen area. Outside Outside on the balcony you will have gorgeous unobstructed views of the lake. There is a bar height table with seating for six, a lounger, and a gas grill. Down at the community dock, there is a 12’ x 32’ boat slip available for rent. Neighborhood Description The Monarch Cove complex features 3 pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby! EV charging is available just 5 minutes away at Dierbergs and Hy-Vee. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. Communication with the host was great. Check-in was easy. Comfy beds. Spacious area. The listing was slightly misleading. We went in early October and were excited for a heated pool (listed) as the temp was still 80\. Once we arrived, we discovered the pools had been closed. There were 2 hottubs, but the area was not kept up, so the only place to put our towels was on the ground which was covered with bugs. This was disappointing as we were excited to swim and relax. The rental has a lovely view of the lake from back. The front has a huge concrete wall so you have no view out of the windows or the front door. Because we rented in the "off season" it felt like the room had been vacant. The porch had spider webs, bird poop and dead bugs. There were multiple spots of spider webs inside as well as several dead bugs by the door. Some trash had been left in the kitchen trash area and bathroom. Under the couch was very dirty, (we had to reach under for something) with a wood floor that area should be cleaned. We were told cleaners would come back the next day, but I guess they were waiting for me to confirm that yes we wanted it to be cleaned, we just assumed they would come and clean it. At the time of our rental, the dishwasher was not properly bolted and fell forward every time we would pull the drawer out load it, making it difficult to manage. it was a nice place but we will look somewhere else next time we travel. ##### Jamie D. Spacious condo for 6 adults and two children under 5, we never felt on top of each other. We truly just enjoyed our view, the pool, the balcony, nice neighbors. What a lovely experience.
