Welcome to the Lake and welcome to our website! You are viewing one of the nicest condos at the Palisades Complex and at the Lake. Discounts for weekly rentals. If you have any questions please contact us directly. If you are looking for a condo to share with a few friends or family this is a special condo just for you. Our condo is family friendly and lots of room for families to enjoy. Enjoy the best view of the Lake's Main Channel right from your private balcony while sipping on your cool beverage and grilling your favorite meal. Then relax in our spacious condo with over 2200 Square Feet of living space with vaulted ceilings. This condo has easy access to your condo from a reserve parking spot with only a few steps to your front door. It has a garage that you can also use for additional reserve parking.

We are 2 minutes from the main Highway (Hwy 54)/HH that will take you to all the fun places the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer such as: Golfing, Go Carts, Horseback Riding, Shopping at the Outlet Mall, Restaurants and Tan-Tar-a Indoor Water Park.

This Condo is perfect for two or three families that includes two king-size bed in the master bedrooms and private bathroom, walk-in closet, and Jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. There are 2 roll away beds located in closets that you can pull out and place wherever you wish. There is also a blow up mattress as well. Lastly, there is a futon in one of the bedrooms that you can make into a bed. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV with cable access and some are smart TV for Netflix, Hulu, and UTube.

There are four pools to choose from, One on the Point with a fantastic view of the Main Channel and another located right outside your front door and just a few steps away.

We have a boat slip that is 12x32 for your use if you want to bring your own boat or rental.

For Ladies weekend, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest outlet mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are always having a sale to draw you in. We also have a great Kohl's, Marshall's, Pier One and Target that have great bargains.

The Palisades Condos are a very popular rental because it is located so close to everything: golf, shopping, restaurants, Big Surf, Tan-Tar-a Water Park, go-carts, and grocery stores. There are marinas nearby for your boat and Wave Runner rental needs. The Lodge of Four Seasons is about a mile away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as renting boats or personal watercrafts. By water, you'll be on the 14 mile marker which is just around the corner from Toad Cove.

Please No Pets or Smoking Allowed. Evidence or Report of Pets or smoking in condo will result in forfeiture of Deposit.

Renters must be 25 or older to rent this condo.

Excellent Stay

We loved everything about this condo. It seemed it had been recently renovated, and everything about it was perfect. The living room furniture was brand new and very comfortable. Everyone in our group agreed the beds were comfy. They offer many extras that many other places do not provide (shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, makeup removers, etc., in all the bathrooms). The kitchen had about anything you would need. The laundry room included detergent along with a second fridge. Scott was very attentive during the booking process and at checkout. We will look into renting this condo again in the future.

This condo worked great for our family with 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The open floor plan and room sizes was perfect for our large group and the 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room was definitely a bonus for beer and seltzers, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed We enjoyed the well kept pools and the condo being close to restaurants, grocery, go carts and everything Osage Beach has to offer

Family vacation

Our family ( of three generations) spent a week at this lovely home. The four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and living area, including the screened in porch, was spacious and comfortable. The home was well equipped with extras that aren’t generally found in VRBO homes we’ve rented in the past. The owner was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The children enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed renting a boat on the lake during our stay.

Awesome Weekend at the Lake!

Our family had such a great time at the lake this weekend! The place was very clean and well put together. We really enjoyed the lake decorations in the kitchen! A Long Weekend Made of Memories

This condo was PERFECTION for the weekend that we had planned for our family. We will stay again!

We have been going to the Ozarks for 20 years and have went between condos and houses depending on size of our group and choosing different parts of the lake. This is the first time we have stayed around this area or at Palisades. We had 3 families. This condo was very nice...definitely one of the best condos we have stayed in. It has a great layout with 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has an attached bathroom which is perfect so couples didn't have to share bathrooms. The patio is very cozy, kitchen is big and spacious. it's filled with plenty of towels, items for the kitchen, plenty of extra pillows/blankets/rollaway beds. It is right next to one pool and extremely close to the other pool - not too far from dock either. Owner is very quick and responsive in answering questions/ making recommendations and even mailed something very quickly that was left there. We are planning to stay there again next year!

Upgraded beautiful condo in a great location!

Our family has stayed at this condo for 3 straight years now! We love the location and the owner provides great customer service to us. We were even more impressed when we walked in this year and they had made upgrades to the kitchen! Great view of the lake and the couch in the screened in porch is absolutely wonderful! Great Again!

This is the second time we have stayed. We had our 2 month old granddaughter with both of our boys and wife. Had a great time. Everything you need. Air went out but great communication and got it fixed. Pool close. Great deck. Spacious. Absolutely the best. Will be back next year!

2022 Family Vacation

This was the first time our family has visited the Lake of the Ozarks and this vacation rental was the perfect place. It was just as pictured and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 9. The extra frig in the laundry room was a nice benefit, so we had plenty of room for beverages and food. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our screened in deck (which we loved). We highly recommend!
