The bedrooms are accommodating to family, with each room (except the master) having more than one bed. The view from the deck is relaxing and beautiful, with direct sunrise views. The lake has a walking trail that goes all the way around which was good for morning and evening strolls. The people we met along the way were very pleasant and friendly. We did not spend too many hours at the cabin though. What we liked the most was that this cabin is centrally located to amazing areas. We were able to enjoy Bryson city, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Highlands, Water Rock Knob, the blue ridge parkway, Asheville, Black Mountain, and Catawba falls, all from this resting point. Having a family, it was nice that there was a grocery store near by and many places to eat. All in all, we ate, we shopped, we hiked, we took in sunrise and sunset views, and just had a great overall vacation from this point. ##### Joshua M.
