Snacks/restaurant gift card were a thoughtful surprise. Steps leading down to the apartment were a but hard to see at night but not unmanageable. From reservation to check out everything was smooth. The place was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. There is a great deck with seating, grill and fire pit that overlooks the lake. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Waynesville is close by and is also a dog friendly town. Everything you need for a relaxing visit to the mountains. ##### Nancy L.
