Perched on an elevated site, Grandview Vista offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the surrounding mountains, combining peace and privacy with easy access to local activities.  
  
A new playground is within walking distance, along with popular hiking and biking trails. The local Hawea pub and café are just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk via the scenic lakefront track and Scotts Beach picnic area.  
  
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to two inviting living areas: a bright lounge with panoramic views and a sunny snug with a TV and wood burner. Both spaces open to a front deck with mountain views and a back patio with outdoor dining and lawn space.  
  
Sleeping arrangements:  
  
\* Master bedroom with queen bed and en suite and private location near the snug, separated by a kitchenette.  
\* Queen bedroom with large windows and views of the mountains and Cardrona ski field lights.  
\* Third bedroom sleeps three (queen bed with single bunk above) and has direct backyard access.  
  
Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with a powder room and full family bathroom nearby.  
  
Downstairs includes a full laundry and a drying room—ideal for ski gear. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles.
