Beautiful and spacious home.   
Living area offers plenty of seating, big flat screen TV with YouTube TV. The kitchen is open to the rest of the house to enjoy company while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, all brand new appliances and island for plenty of space and seating.   
Three oversized bedrooms with new beds. Master has a king bed with a retreat area and sofa sleeper, large walk in closet, USB phone charging ports on the nightstands and backyard access door. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have new queen beds, nightstands with USB phone charging ports, clothes storage and plenty of extra space.  
  
Gorgeous brand new pool and spa and incredible views!!  
Just minutes from Lake Havasu Marina.  
  
No pets allowed please. This includes emotional support animals. Only ADA certified service animals.
