MARCH 24th to APRIL 31st is currently OPEN (30 night min stay)

You just found the PERFECT place to kick up your feet after a long day on the lake! The backyard of this home is like your own private RETREAT with large sparkling pool, beautifully landscaped backyard & 45 foot log pole patio providing plenty of shade on HOT summer days. Enjoy your favorite tunes w/ ALEXA music pod by the pool! Spacious deck area to bask in the sun on comfy lounge chairs with thick cushions. In the evenings enjoy sitting around the gas firepit conversing & star gazing. Nice view of sunsets November thru March!

The kitchen is FULLY equipped with all your culinary needs along with an abundance of spices & condiments. Dining room table accommodates 6 people or enjoy outdoor dining near pool. Refrigerator has in-door ice dispenser.

Full access to the two car boat-deep garage PLUS secure/gated 50' boat parking on the side of the house (shaded in the afternoon). Large propane BBQ for family cookouts by the pool. We also provide corn hole board and PING PONG table! Grab the popcorn & enjoy movie nights on our 60" HDTV. FREE Netflix, Paramount +, Apple TV & Prime. We also provide DVD library, playing cards, board games, books. Alexa music pod by pool & inside.

Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. High-speed 500 MB internet. Wall mount blow dryers in each bathroom. Pool rafts & toys for pool, plus chairs & ice chests to take to lake provided for our guests.

Enjoy Arizona's amazing sunsets (from Nov-May) from the beautifully landscaped backyard! Backyard is VERY private. Only 10 minute drive to famous London Bridge tourist area and 7 min drive to downtown.

NOTE: The cleaning fee for one MONTH stay is $199 + $25 if BBQ is used.

POOL: From mid-November thru April 15th the pool is chilly. The pool does not have a heater - solar cover only). The average pool water temp in late April (using solar cover) is 74-75 degrees. During May pool water temp (using solar cover) is normally 75 to 78. October (using solar cover) is normally 78 - 80. We ask guests to put the cover on EVERY night so the pool will stay warm during their visit and PAY IT FORWARD so pool will stay warm (during off season) for next guests. Solar cover is on a reel - takes about 6 minutes to put it on & take off. Pool is in the 80's during the summer months.

NOTE: Only paying guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use the house & pool. Additional people using the property require approval & there may be an extra charge if more than 2 visitors. SIX people is the maximum amount we allow on the property at any time - including approved visitors. Thanks for understanding & your cooperation :)

Our vacation homes are VERY CLEAN, thoroughly sanitized & VERY well maintained. You WON'T be disappointed!

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm (earlier check-in may be possible, ask)
Check-out is 11 am (later check-out may be available - please ask).

Note: There is a Ring security camera above garage in front yard for house security and to protect guests vehicles & boats. No other cameras on the property.

Fantastic, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. The house was very clean, the backyard is a great place to unwind, beds are comfortable. Perfect place for an extended stay. A great home for our Havasu get away. We enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely home. It's a very clean, well maintained and a comfortable home in a great location. Nice owner who truly cares about her home and wants her guests having a great experience. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard has plenty of seating and the pool is nice. Lots of extra amenities to make your stay fun such a board games, pool toys and coolers for your use. We have stayed at one of her other homes a few times and was equally happy with that house. We will definitely be staying there again

Great property and excellent owner!

We were worried that we’d be stuck inside due to the heat in July, but the pool was nice and cool - perfect for entertaining us all during the day! The house and yard were immaculate and the property had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The property owner was great at communication. Super clean, well thought out design and everything you need. Good communication with the owner... Only issue was that we are early in the year and the pool was unheated (owner informed us before booking) - didn't keep us out although it was a bit brisk!

This property was fantastic! Host has thought of everything to help make our stay the best it could be! Lots of deck space & loungers to take in the sun plus ample shade! Pool floaties and ice chests & chairs provided for the lake. Music pod provided by the pool! Arrived a little early and met Cyndi's friendly cleaning crew. Comfy beds AND pillows!! Cyndi gave us tips on great places to eat! Enjoyed our stay :)

Cozy house with all the comforts of home!

One last little summer lake trip with our college age daughters and their 2 friends! We went to the lake each day and enjoyed the pool when we got back to the house! We all cooked dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of room to hang together in the dining and living room areas! Beds were so cozy! Plenty of towels for swimming and bathing! A very clean home! Thankful for this affordable stay!

Had a great stay at Cyndi’s place. Everything was super clean and well organized and labeled. The only caveat is, there is a SEPARATE additional cleaning fee you do need to pay at the end of your stay. She clearly states it in the descriptions, but people don’t tend to read everything listed wish it would have just been part of the incorporated fees.

The house and neighborhood were fine. Clean and well appointed. Cindy's contact via phone was very overbearing and unwelcome. She has a secondary agreement with multiple places and points to initial and sign. At the very end of her four page document after the signature line is a request for a cash cleaning fee. This was after I paid for my booking. Very unprofessional... Will be filing a complaint with VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay! Had not had a vacation for 6 years and was looking for a place to unwind and relax. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool and in the pool. Quite neighborhood. The house was perfect felt like home and had everything that was needed. Cyndi was an excellent hostess.
