The property manager was very accommodating to our last minute request and provided ample information to make the check in seamless. The property had everything we needed for our 6-person party. The only (minor) complaints were that the water pressure was not great in the showers and it felt like the AC didn’t reach the second bedroom well as it got pretty warm at night. The signs clearly states that you cant leave items over night but a few groups of people didn't care at all they just left it there come the morning half the stuff had blown into the water. if your planning on hanging out front by the water forget it. i would think they would have someone watching over this but they don't. on one occasion we tried to find a spot along the water with our boat but that wasn't happening there where shade tents , chairs, coolers and other items all over the place.
