Rooms on the parking lot side were very noisy with cars, people, and car alarms/locking beeps until at least 1am, we had to sleep with a loud white noise app downloaded on my phone just for this purpose. The grounds and surrounding area were adorable and decorated for Christmas, the entire area and waterfront were walkable- we loved this part! The rooms were clean. Front desk were friendly and understanding, it was raining all day. They notified us when our kids could go swimming again. There is a club in the hotel and we were informed of the loud noises that can occur till 2am.
