Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.  
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.  
  
● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank  
  
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

The house and the property are beautiful! Very locate location and very close to “The Hub”Where you can get food, drink, souvenirs and anything you forgot to bring. The adults and kids all had a great time in the house, playing corn hole outback and going in the hot tub. Very open floor plan with a lot of space. We will def return again!

House is beautiful but for the price really could be deeper cleaned. Peeling paint. Broken tiles all over the patio table. VERY unsafe railing going off porch. We had contact with the manager but the issues (TVs, fireplace wouldn’t work. Hot tub dirty….well some of the issues were not fixed until 12 hrs prior to departure. Some not at all. Inconveniences were not life shattering but should have been resolved quickly and def not what you want to deal with on vacation. There was no talk of compensation for the many annoyances we dealt with. With the many properties in the area likely would not choose this one again… to bad because location was great and house was very family friendly.
