There is a great room and dining room combo with big windows showing the beautiful views of the woods and wildlife. There is a separate game room/den downstairs with a Frig and wet bar, full size pool table. A new 7 person hot tub on patio next to the fire pit. There are 2 indoor gas fireplaces and lots of beautiful woodwork. Each floor has a full bathroom. The home is within walking distance to the private beach and comes with 10 beach passes during the season. Split Rock Lodge and their new H2O park is a 5 minute drive. Split Rock also features a golf course, movie theatre, video arcade, gym and tons to enjoy all year round. Just 3 miles to Jack Frost and 2 miles to Big Boulder. Jim Thorpe is 20-25 mins away. Private back yard with a new private Pickleball court backing up to wooded space with horseshoes and fire pit (bring your own wood). Fast Wi-Fi. 6 Bedroom. House has 5 steps to get into the main floor (1 bedroom) Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and top floor has 2 bedrooms NO PROM GROUPS ID required. We supply bedding for the beds. Towels and hand towels NOT included New Private Pickleball Court with net paddles and balls. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11 am Early arrival and late check out is available upon request at a rate of $25 per hour. Must be 25 years or older. The pickle ball court was the highlight, however it is a little dangerous with the sudden drop off. The hot tub was a great escape after some hard games. The gathering area outside was so tranquil, We had a fire pit everynight. Davis was an attentive host, always responding in a timely friendly manner. The only downfalls were that the kitchen pots and pans and other things were put away dirty and the bear getting into the trashcan eventhough it was secured was a unwelcome mess. Overall, I would love to stay there again anytime. We made great core memories on this trip that I will treasure always. ##### jean b. The pickleball court, the fire pit and outside seating, well-stocked kitchen, pet bowls, crates, and large outside kennel, free beach passes (the beach is lovely), games, books, hot tub, easy walking and biking right outside the door, I could go on and on . . . We took advantage of many of the attractions near by - Jim Thorpe train ride, Bethlehem, Pocono Raceway ride along experience, Split Rock Golf Course (super friendly and not expensive), coal mine tour, Nick’s restaurant, mini golf, and more.Davis is a wonderful owner - his main goal is to make sure his guest’s vacations are the best they have ever had. My family and I had a great time staying at this rental. There are plenty of gathering spots, including a huge dining room table, a living room, and seating areas outside by the fire pit and hot tub. There is even a tennis court. The kitchen was great and fully stocked. There was plenty of room for sleeping with five bedrooms across three floors. My only complaint was that one of the upstairs bedrooms did not have air conditioning, and it was very hot to sleep in, although we were there during a particularly hot week. The other top-floor bedroom had an a/c with a great deck and chairs looking out into the woods. The house felt a bit like being in a treehouse. The living room on the main floor had an a/c and was comfortable and the bottom floor was cool enough. We had one child who turned 2 while we were there and we had to watch her carefully with the stairs and tripping hazards throughout. I would recommend this for three years old and up. Finally, the owner was immediately responsive to a question about the beach and even mailed me items left behind. Recommened rental! ##### Laurel V. The house is super cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable and all he bedding super soft, clean and comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had a great time using the hot tub and pool table. The outside was a sheet of ice so we didn't get to use the outdoor amenities, but that's Winter for you! The area is really cute with restaurants and convenient shops nearby, the house is decorated really cute and felt very homey. It's literally a mile from Big Boulder mountain but we spent our time at Elk Mountain (about an hour drive) and Blue Mountain (30 min) bc that's where we have season passes for skiing. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it! ##### Summer S. The owner was very communicative throughout. Our group of 10 friends stayed here for a long weekend and all slept comfortably. It was an added bonus having an extra living space equipped with a bar, pool table, hot tub and games. The outdoor fire pit was also great for staying warm and making s’mores. We hope to return in warmer months to take advantage of the backyard pickleball court! ##### David G.
