ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire home is yours, plus the game garage, backyard, screened porch and community beach access. Self check-in. Free parking in the private driveway. A car is recommended; rideshare availability varies by season and time of day. Milwaukee is about 60 minutes away and Chicago about 90.

Next Door Pub Lakeside is 0.3 miles (a 5-minute walk), and DJ's in the Drink is about 0.8 miles, known for its Friday fish fry and live music. Downtown Lake Geneva, with public beaches, Riviera boat tours and shopping, is about 4 miles (10 minutes). Hawk's View Golf Club is about 5 minutes (Como Crossings and the Barn Hollow par 3), Geneva National about 6 to 8 minutes (54 holes by Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Lee Trevino) and Grand Geneva about 10 to 12 minutes (The Brute and The Highlands, plus winter skiing at The Mountain Top). Williams Bay Beach is about 10 minutes, Delavan about 15 and Alpine Valley Music Theatre about 20. Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy has fall hiking trails a few minutes away.

• An exterior security camera is on the property. A noise monitor measures decibel levels only; no audio is recorded.

• No smoking and no pets. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The booking guest must be 25 or older.

• Please tidy up the kitchen before you leave.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by request, subject to availability.

• For urgent issues during your stay, start your message with the word "Urgent" so we see it right away.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
