Lake Echo beach and famous Orneda Canoe club is just in walking distance. Within 15-20 drive you can visit the famous Lawrencetown beach and Provincial park. Within 30-40 minutes of drive, you can explore some of the beautiful beaches and scenic shoreline. The space \- Open concept Studio, ideal for two adults. Lots of sunlight through sunroof. \- Maximum total guest of four; $20 will be charged for each additional guest over two. \- Netflix, Amazon Prime in 4k, in case the weather does not support outdoor exploring. \- One Queen size bed; The Sofa bed can be used for one person by itself or can be converted into queen size bed to accommodate two people. \- Air conditioned. \- Wifi connectivity. \- Small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. \- The property is very private and secured with all the security features. \- It’s a large property shared by other residents. \- We'll provide coffee and some snacks as a compliment. Guest access \- There is stairway on the left side of the building leading towards the suite on the second level. \- Self check-in option with access code. Code will be provided prior arrival. \- Designated parking space marked with Happy Moose sign. Parking available for one car. If you need additional space, please contact ahead of time. Very well kept & modern. Lots of skylights in the loft space, allowing abundance of natural light. The only issue I had was trying to keep the shower curtain closed. I suggest maybe a stop on the rod to prevent the curtain from sliding.I do wish there were a couple of chairs & a little table outside the top deck to enjoy a coffee. A little upgrade to the kitchen to prepare meals for anyone staying longer than one night would also be appreciated, but overall we were very happy with the space. I slept so well. Price is perfect.
