« The hotel is an old one that needs some maintenance and updating. Rooms are small and as others have mentioned one can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the food was great and it is located within walking distance to the Summit and Main Range trek. It is the only hotel open in the summer season in Charlotte Pass. All in all I would stay again. »

« Loft joliment agencé et moderne. En revanche, l’isolation sonore et thermique ne sont pas adaptés. On pouvait entendre les pas des voisins du dessus et la tuyauterie des voisins de palier. Le chauffage électrique est vieux et peu efficace et fait un bruit de claquement quasi+permanent. Le service de ménage est proche du néant, heureusement que le personnel est malgré tout sympathique. »

« Établissement vieillot et pas entretenu, chambre très petite pour 5.de nombreuses poches de déchets en bas de l'accés aux chambres. Pas très propre. En revanche très bien manger au restaurant et le petit déjeuner très bien. Belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes. »
