So cozy, and we were so happy to find all the supplies on hand to keep the fireplace, sauna and fire pit burning! It is place where you shop for what you need and stay on the property for duration of the trip. I did go to Timmie’s in the morning and we went out once to a restaurant, it’s about 10 mins by car. The house and grounds are very nice, and even though it was quite snowy we were warm and comfortable in the house with the fireplace going.The view of the river and the gazebo are great, but it was a little too cold for that so we enjoyed the sauna instead.Billy is a great host, made sure to stock us up with firewood for the weekend, and was overall great to deal with.Everyone agreed we would go back again when it's warm enough to jump in the river before hitting the sauna. ##### Patrick G. We were looking for a property to host our larger group of two mature families, and this property more than exceeded...actually let me rephrase that...it just blew away our expectations! The pictures really don't do it justice. The house is warm and inviting from the moment you enter, with a large kitchen, fully equipped to prepare and cook meals for a large group. But the highlight of the property (for us) is what's going on in the massive "back yard;" the expansive deck, the ponds, the "gamesroom" building, the gazebo (complete with a raised firepit, picnic table, and "bar" overlooking the river), the hammock, wonderfully crafted adirondack chairs everywhere you'd want to sit, and that (peaceful, tranquil) river access!!!
