"My husband and I are planning on retiring on the island and wanted to see what it was like in the winter. The Inn at the Sea was a great location. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in…could’ve had stayed forever. Beautiful location. Will be staying there again."

"The house is so so beautiful! Loved the art, bird books and details. The view and trees around are stunning. Wasn’t super clear about the beach access and that would have been nice to have given the location. Plan your stay around staying in a fair bit since it’s totally worth it and it’s not super close to shops/restaurants - but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. Check in process was a little confusing with several emails from the renting company asking to download an app and other stuff....

"Loved this spot with a great view of the ocean. Also enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area. Nice cedar trees in the back with a grassy area and toys. Very quiet in May! Such a beautiful quiet area away from the city. Very comfy bed and a great host. Would def come here again."

"The best thing about Dennis' place is the fabulous waterfront location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sea lions, gulls and even whales one day. The condo itself is very comfortable with great beds and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our month at Inn of the Sea."

The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved waking up to the ocean view - seeing seals and other wildlife. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...
