Très correct pour une étape avec belle piscine!
Motel classique économique. Mais les chambres et les lits sont très confortables, propres et la piscine est géniale. Accueil minimal mais aimable et petit déjeûner basique mais correct pour le prix. Situé dans une zone commerciale avec de nombreux restaurants tout près.

suffisant pour un très bref séjour
pour une famille de cinq, ménage fait moyennement a notre arrivée et pendant le séjour la personne ne faisait pas le ménage, le lit de la banquette avait encore les draps des prédécesseurs. accueil a l'arrivée très moyen, mieux lors du changement de personnel Par contre, très grande piscine, beau jardin avec un cabanon pour manger, demander une chambre coté jardin car calme et moins bruyant que coté route.

Disappointing
Was somewhat better than the other hotel we booked thru site that was next door that was uninhabitable. Didn't find live bugs and the floors were at least mopped. Towels were clean and fresh. Beds were hard. The grounds were well kept. Breakfast was disappointing. Disappointing hotels.com would even offer both of those hotels. I only have photos of the 1st hotel so I'll not add to this survey.

Not a safe place to stay. Massage parlor next door and ladies only staying in the room for an hour then back to the massage parlor.

Horrible el Motel no entiendo como Expidia lo considera Hotel, el cuarto con un olor indeseable vomite 2 veces, el aire acondicionado no funciono no podiamos dormir, mi hija con asma solo tosia, fue terrible que nos fuimos a las 7 am apenas amanecio. No puedo creer que Expidia recomiende esta clases de moteles a sus clientes, afuera del cuarto fumaban y mucha bulla, me comunique con un representante de expidia y su respuesta fue no podemos ayudarte que triste de verdad

Nasty unclean room!
Friendly staff. Walked into our room and found a cockroach on the floor. Found an empty bag laying on the floor by the bed. Walked around the room and the bottoms of my feet were nasty black. While gathering my stuff this morning I found a dirty pair of socks under the table next to the bed. All around it was a very unclean room! Spoke to the front desk when I checked out and was told that she would speak to the manager about it because they have been having issues with the house keeper.

The property and room were clean. The bed was a little more firm than we like but was not terrible. The only real let down was the noise from the interstate. All hours of the night we heard emergency vehicles and the traffic from the interstate. We would stay again if needed but would definitely ask for a room far far far away from the interstate.

The hotel room and all the amenities were sufficient. The outside was somewhat uncomfortable due to guests hanging outside their rooms and around their vehicles past midnight.

We were not informed that there was a cash only deposit. We were told we would be given a refund the next morning at check out. At 7:30am upon checkout I was told that they couldn’t “check the room” and there would be a bit of a wait. What? Seriously? I paid with a credit card that they said they do not keep on file and that was why they required cash. Never heard of anything like this! She expected us to wait until 9 when housekeeping could “count the pillows, sheets, towels” etc. This was completely unacceptable. It was not our problem that the place was understaffed. Ultimately, we were given our deposit back, but I had to be very firm with the front desk person that the hotels lack of capability to accommodate its guest was not my problem and that I would not be delaying my trip an hour and a half at minimum to check out. We wiill not be staying here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very old. Door was a bit rotted on bottom corner. There was a room which appeared occupied but the door remained open almost entire night. Another person was sleeping in their car just down from ours. The hotel seemed clean and safe, but not entirely sure.

Front desk staff(Katey and Amber) were great, very professional and friendly. Room had everything I needed, with a comfortable bed and nice soft towels. The one area I would say that needs improvement is breakfast, extremely minimal grab and go.
