If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximum capacity of the house will be charged. \* Security Cameras For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras. For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties. \* Parties & Events No parties, events, large gatherings or nuisance are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. We had 3 extra family members needing to stay at the property last minute and the host of the house was wonderfully accommodating. The only negative I would give was the furniture in the main living area was very stained (couch and all the sitting pieces of the dining room) and the kitchen had 1 fork and hardly any basic kitchen items (zero baking sheets, for example).
