LAKE VIEW better than postcard, why else come up to Lake Arrowhead unless you have a lake view! Remarkable vintage charm first tier home in the historic and desirable Tavern Bay neighborhood, surrounded by multi million dollar homes.
A short walk to the lake trails and for swimming at beaches between docks with Wrist Band Purchase. $10 per person per day. Kids free. No beach club access
For other water activities and rentals visit nearby Lake Gregory Recreation area, for amazing lake activities and rentals.

This 1300 sq ft single story pet friendly 1950's cabin is Located on a private quiet lane with ample parking. 3 bed 2 bath single level home is ideal for a family of 6, with 180 degree view of lake and over 500 5 star reviews.!!! The picture of the Lake was actually taken from my deck. This view can be seen from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room.

Nearby Lake Gregory Regional park offers 84 acres of water sports, rentals, Kayaking, boating, paddle boards, water slides, fishing as well as a gigantic blow up water park and lake trails.

Lake Arrowhead is a little-hidden gem, with a quaint village, local ski resorts, movie theater and wonderful local restaurants. If you are looking to relieve stress and just relax and have fun, this is just the place. The cabin has an extremely warm and inviting feel to it. Lake Arrowhead celebrates all four seasons. .
The famous Lake Arrowhead Village offers many beautiful stores and restaurants as well as The Arrowhead Queen boat ride around the lake and a world famous Water Ski School. The village has outdoor concerts during the summer months as well as Octoberfest in the winter.

The cabin is well stocked with games and books. This is not a 'frat party' home, looking for mature renters with a respect for our home and environment.

Gets better every time
My husband and I have stayed at this cabin with our dogs multiple times starting more than 10 years ago. The place gets better every time! We had no complaints to start with but the interior has been freshened with hard flooring throughout, new living room furniture, new appliances and butcher block counters in a great little kitchen. We never turned on a TV during our 3-night stay this time because the giant deck overlooking the lake is paradise. We didn’t use the grill this time but we have in the past and it’s another great perk. The little loop the street makes is a perfect short early morning and bedtime walk with the dogs. It’s a lovely, safe and quiet neighborhood and all the houses, including this one, are beautifully lit at night. The host is super responsive and obviously works hard to earn such a stellar rating. Every time we go, we wonder why we haven’t been back sooner. I know this review is full of compliments but trust me, they are well deserved!

This house is small, charming and has a wonderful view of the lake. It's well stocked, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple's getaway...or 2 couples. Very quiet neighborhood and comfy beds...got lots of sleep. Easy parking. I've stayed there multiple times.

What a wonderful surprise!!! This beautiful home is everything described and much more. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and the view was simply breathtaking. Family Get-together in Paradise!
We couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay at Marilyn's beautiful cabin in Tavern Bay! The 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable Queen beds, allowed each of our 3 couples the privacy when they needed it. But most of the fun was had enjoying the gorgeous lake view out on the deck over coffee in the morning (so quiet and serene) while the birds had breakfast on the birdfeeder. Then, in the evenings, we loved watching the sun set over the lake and roasting marshmallows by the firepit. It was a perfect location to enjoy a mini family reunion! We will definitely book this property again in the future. Thanks Marilyn!!

Perfect Arrowhead Location
This house is by far our favorite house in Lake Arrowhead. The view is incredible, the house is clean and full of everything you may need and the location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is very dog friendly. On top of all that, Marylin the host is incredibly accommodating and responsive. This is our second stay here and we are planning on coming back soon!

Lovely property!
What a beautiful home with an amazing view of Lake Arrowhead from every corner of the property! Waking up to this view in the morning was worth the trip alone. The neighborhood is serene and the home itself couldn't have been cozier. The host generously provided some essential pet supplies and a thoughtful s'more kit for the great firepit on the balcony overlooking the water. We had plenty of room in the kitchen for meal preparation. The town is beautiful as well. We will definitely be bookmarking this property for future visits. An Amazing View / A Wonderful Getaway!
We've stayed in Arrowhead many times, but we've never stayed in a home with a view this beautiful! The many windows highlight the awesome view of the lake, and with both snow and sunny days, we were lucky to experience it all. The bird feeder on the deck is well visited, so that's fun to gaze at too. The house is cozy and the bedrooms are all good sized with comfy beds. Being able to have our dogs join us at this pet-friendly property was the icing on the cake! Great hospitality (with treats for us and the dogs too) and a great property all around!

A lovely stay
This property was exactly what we were wanting (6 adults and two dogs) to get away for a couple days and just unwind. Lovely view, the house was very homey, and we loved the gas burning fireplace and fire pit. We tinkered around on the piano and busted out a puzzle to work on together. Marilyn provided us with hot cocoa and supplies for s'mores, which we used every eve!! She even accomodated our request for the down bedding to be removed (as we are allergic). We had no issues while we were there, my only recommendation would be it'd be nice to have blinds on the living room windows, as the sun shining through the windows mid day made it very hard to work on our coffee table puzzle!!! So bright!! But I understand not wanting to jeopardize that view.

90th Birthday Celebration
The cabin was the perfect place for the five of us to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday. The views from the deck were spectacular. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Marilyn was so helpful and accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway! Beautiful, clean and spacious lake view home in a quiet, serene neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The view was awesome! Loved watching the variety of birds visiting the bird feeder on the back deck and the outdoor space in general. Appreciated the snacks provided for our stay! Great cabin with nice view of the lake. The ad said washer & dryer, but there is not one. Other than that, the place was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and one of the best cabins we've ever stated in. Saturday night we had drinks on the back patio with the fire pit going, and were listening to a live band from across the lake that was playing 80s music. Brought back a few memories while relaxing. Definitely recommend this cabin and we'll be back!
