"Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone."

"For the price, it was okay. Here are things that we liked: not far from Pinecrest, 10 minute drive. The private lake and play area. Walking paths in front and all around the location. Tons of streaming services on their tv. Friendly neighbors! Small amount of people walking around. Very dark at night. ..."

"Our stay was great and had a lot of different amenities. Close to the other cabin and provided with lots of goodies and necessities.
