"The cabin and property was even better than the pictures. The only this I will say, is don't be afraid of the bug spray! It's a necessity! Fishing was great and it was beautiful and relaxing."

"This was a beautiful property with a spacious lawn and sandy beach. We loved having the big game room for rainy days and the 2 large bunk rooms were comfortable and were great for all the kids. We did a girls room and a boys room. Lots of towels and linens and huge washer/ dryer. Would've been nice to have a master bathroom, but we made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back!"
"We had a cute room overlooking the lake. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We did enjoy the inside pool and hot tub, the outside pool had more people in it so we didn’t make it out. The lake area has a nice walking path around it.
We checked in then went looking for food and found nothing open in the hotel, so went into town and found out that most places close their kitchens early. We ended up at Zorba’s which was really good and worth the 10 minute drive. "

"Was clean and comfortable for three individual adults using all three bedrooms and even though listed as pet friendly did not have any type of pet odors. Backyard and four season porch was nice and quiet. We were not doing any lake activities this trip so having easy lake access was not an issue. I would recommend this property as a good choice for anyone looking to visit Alexandria."
