Relaxing Orciatico Hideaway

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Orciatico, this cozy apartment for six guests offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of Tuscany. Awarded the Belvilla Award in both 2022 and 2023, the home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. With WiFi, air conditioning, and a private terrace, it's the perfect spot to unwind with family or friends. Guests can also enjoy a large shared swimming pool, bubble bath, garden with play area, and a range of shared facilities including barbeques, table tennis, football goals, and even bicycles.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed with a well-equipped open kitchen, a comfortable living/dining area with a double sofa bed and TV, two spacious double bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Families will appreciate the inclusion of a high chair and children's bed.

Traumhaft

Es war einfach wunderschön. Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und wird sehr gut gepflegt. Tolle Aussicht und ein wunderschöner Pool. Zu jeder Wohneinheit gibt es eine Außenbestuhlung. Riccardo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und jederzeit behilflich. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder :D Einfach nur toll.

Summer week

We stayed for 6 nights at the property. It was a beautiful location with stunning views across the Tuscan hills. The owner was on site most days if any issues and communication was good. The outside space is brilliant and well looked after. Perfect areas for the kids to play. Although it can’t be helped the flies were everywhere at certain times of the day. The apartment is basic and worked. Although could do with some extra kitchen utensils and some new crockery. Other than that a great stay.

Fantastisch huis met een waanzinnig uitzicht

We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Onze Host Riccardo was echt super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het uitzicht is echt onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Het huis was perfect in orde, en erg schoon.

Schöner Urlaub!

Urlaub war schön, das Haus und die Anlage waren gut, das ein oder andere hatte kleine technische Mängel, die aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Hausbesitzer sofort erledigt wurden. Überhaupt war der Hausbesitzer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können daher diese Anlage weiterempfehlen!

Objektbilder und Objektzustand passen nicht zusammen

Zuerst: wir hatten trotz allem einen guten Aufenthalt und eine tolle Zeit sie Familie. Trotzdem ist es uns wichtig der Transparenz halber ein paar Punkte anzusprechen: 1. Das Objekt ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und ist leider nicht unbedingt gepflegt. 2. Viele Kleinigkeiten stören: Türen quietschen oder schaben am Boden. Abflüsse fließen nicht gut ab und stinken. Schränke haben einen eigenartigen Geruch. 3. Es gibt in dem Apartment keine Klimaanlage auch wenn dies evtl. durch die Bilder suggeriert wird. 4. Die Tischtennisplatte ist nicht mehr gerade und wird nicht sauber gemacht, Schläger und Bälle müssten ersetzt werden. 5. Die gezeigten Fahrräder existieren nur noch zum Teil und in Erwachsenengrößen. Für Kinder sind keine Fahrräder vorhanden. 6. Der angegebene Ruheraum existiert nicht mehr. 7. Die Hängematten sehen auf den Bildern toll aus, simd aber in der Realität durch. Sie wurden versucht notdürftig zu flicken, müssten jedoch komplett ersetzt werden. 8. Auf dem Gelände werden Dinge einfach dort abgelegt, wo sie benutzt worden. Das führt dazu, dass teilweise Wege z.B. mit Poolreinigungszubehör halb verstellt sind. 9. Die Liegen am Pool sind durchgelegen und man liegt teilweise auf Stangen. Auch ulhier wäre Erneuerungsbedarf. Insgesamt entsteht leider der Eindruck, dass in das Objekt zu wenig investiert wird. Der Pool ist toll und hat uns als Familie schöne Zeiten beschert. Zudem hat uns der Pizzaofen gut gefallen.

Klare Empfehlung

Der Landsitz liegt in ruhiger, malerischer Lage, jedoch nah genug an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt 5 Wohneinheiten teilen sich den Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.
