The entrance level features a spacious and bright living room furnished with a double sofabed, complemented by an open kitchen with a bar area. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. The upper floor houses a large open double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a double bed. The apartment features parquet flooring throughout.

Your vacation rental comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen featuring an oven, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. For outdoor enjoyment, you have access to terrace furniture and a barbecue. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 30th. The unit includes family-friendly amenities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old. Free WiFi internet access is provided throughout your stay. The unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with its 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom configuration.

The property, known as "Bellavista," offers stunning views of the lake, mountains, and countryside. You will have access to one designated garage space on the property.
