"We stayed in room 134. It wasn’t one of the themed rooms, but it was very modern and clean. It had everything we needed with the exception of a microwave (or at least we couldn’t fine one). That would be my only suggestion - add a microwave. Location is good. It is not downtown. Downtown is walkable, but we had one in our party that has a bad knee, so we drove into downtown and parked in a garage. As it was off season, we didn’t have a problem parking. We had a good time in Salem and would definitely stay at the Cove again if we make it back up. "

"The Salem Inn is an excellent property, with modern amenities, centrally located and extremely friendly staff. The Inn’s old timey feel is a glimpse into a time forgotten which is reminiscent of a simpler world. It’s truly a place we would revisit. "

"We had an excellent time staying at the house. There was ample room for our entire party and enough seating space for everyone to relax after long days of walking. Downtown was easily walkable and coffee and breakfast is nearby. The place was very clean, comfortable, and cozy on a winter weekend."
