There is ample room to accommodate up to eight guests in three king-size beds and one queen-size convertible sofa sleeper. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances and elegant granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious 240 sq ft lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air-conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender is well-suited to preparing creative libations and smoothies with fresh local produce. There is a grocery store across the street and some shopping as well.Everything from booking to check out was smooth and easy. Cons: the mattresses need to be replaced (very uncomfortable); While they say every unit includes a parking spot in the garage, you really only get a parking pass. There is not nearly enough garage parking for every unit. If you go to dinner and come back, don’t expect to find any parking. Overflow parking is at the adjacent Villas and fills up as well, expect to walk back to the condo building.. There was no broom or vacuum in the unit and, as you may expect, it is easy to bring back sand from the beach unintentionally. If lounging by the pool is important to you, plan on hawking a chair early or paying for a Cabana. There are several signs posted “no saving chairs” but by 8 a.m every chair has a towel on it and they are “occupied” until sunset.
