The proximity of the Kapalua Coastal Trail just below is handy and we walked on it almost daily around the point to get full, unobstructed views of the sunsets. We absolutely loved our stay here at the villas. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a remote, non-hotel, vacation vibe. The views the second you walk in truly do take your breath away. We had plans to drive around the island and go visit other beaches, but we found ourselves wanting to stay at our condo and enjoy the beach just steps below the villa! The villa had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook, which we did most nights and very thankful to have that. It was very well equipped with bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. I think the only real negative for us was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable and might need time for an upgrade or a good pad because it seems to be sinking in. We saw a few bugs, and foot traffic by the stairs near us, but we knew we were staying at the beach where there could be bugs and people walking by so that didn't really bother us! There's a lot of windows... which we loved! We are already starting to plan our next trip back to this villa because we believed it was the best one in the Bay Villas! ##### Hanna P. Had to drive around to find someone to help us make a call. There were about three sets of steps down to unit and no elevator for bringing luggage back and forth, groceries, etc. and had to park the car way up in a parking lot. Cellphone service terrible the whole time so hard to reach the shuttle when we needed a ride. The unit lacked amenities - condiments, basics like aluminum foil and saran wrap. Other high end units we've stayed in do nice touches like a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, etc. The view is definitely the best part. ##### Joan M.
