Enjoy your adventure and make many treasured memories at our three-story charming townhouse that really is anyone’s dream of ocean front living so close to the Pacific Ocean. This truly is PARADISE! The Lahaina fire affected some of the community and our historic clubhouse did burn. All utilities, including water, have been tested by the EPA and the utilities and the surrounding environment is safe. Home portrays quality craftsmanship and ties the home together from top to bottom in both styling and materials with bamboo features throughout. The view and location will leave you speechless!!! The home has a fresh, contemporary feel with exceptionally clean, stylish lines. The tones are light and airy to compliment the ocean-side locale. Sun filled rooms, tastefully furnished and full of tropical charm, completely equipped and accessorized. The view floods every room from all windows of the ocean, the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the rugged West Maui mountains. A gourmet kitchen has quality appliances, cherry wood custom cabinets, bamboo glass, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, & bay window. Bathrooms have have been decorated with travertine tile. There are bamboo window coverings in living room, master and guest bedroom and solar shades in loft bedroom. Snuggle up in this attractive and comfortable large living area where the ocean is a constant presence with breathtaking views or kick up your heels, relax and watch television or a movie on a 65"high definition screen smart TV. Maybe you just want to pull out a stool at the tiki bar and sip on a refreshing tropical splendor. Open the 18’ sliding glass door, and with the wall gone the house feels open and huge & flows from entry to the covered lanai which extends the living room in one seamless sweep. The sense of indoor – outdoor living could not be more complete. The private and quiet lanai is another spot where you could spend hours doing nothing but relax, and listen to the whisper of the wave’s splash gently at the shore. Watch the surfers swim by and the humpback whales frolic just a few hundred yards away. They will be a daily visitor in the winter launching themselves totally from the water in one of nature’s most amazing displays of power and magnitude. The turtles will also come by to visit you. In the evening smell the sizzle of the gas BBQ and watch the flaming spectacular sunset. So many choices! You honestly will have ALL the comforts of home along with a slice of PARADISE! On the second floor the mirrored wall in the master bedroom suite makes the ocean seem part of the room and offers another chance to be captivated by the view. Open the sliding glass door and feel the gentle breeze and smell the ocean air or walk onto the balcony where you will find a lounge chair and a bistro table and 2 chairs. Beds include: master bedroom - Cal-king size bed, guest bedroom - queen size bed (both on 2nd level), loft bedroom (3rd level)- King size bed or 2 twin beds (You have the option). There are 2 full baths on the 2nd level and 2 half baths (main level and 3rd floor). There are skylights in the master bath and 3rd level half bath. The laundry area is on the first floor. Beside the BIG screen in the living room, all rooms have individual air conditioners, and fans. You can stay connected while vacationing because this unit has an office center with a desk and free high speed internet as well as wireless access. We are located in a lush tropical setting in a private gated colony of low-rise, low density quality town houses (privately owned houses with no neighbors above or below) and share 28 acres of mature, majestic trees, exquisite gardens, manicured lawns and many dozens of graceful palms framing the Pacific Ocean along the sunny south shore of Lahaina in West Maui. This is truly the best weather on the Island! Stroll this magnificent pristine oasis and explore the botanical wonders with palm, banyan and mango trees and lush tropical landscaping filled with exotic flowers. You will meander under the bursting canopy of mature royal Poinciana trees with vibrant red blossoms. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and ideal for those who want to be able to retreat from the crowds into the serene quiet of an elegant neighborhood. Private and peaceful are fitting images for this complex. Enjoy all homeowner’s amenities including tennis court, pickle ball court, children's playground and the dolphin pool. The ocean and mountain pool have some maintenance issues and are closed at this time. Two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses are located in nearby Kaanapali or drive further north to play golf in Kapalua. Ride the sugar cane train, take a guided hike to secret pools and waterfalls or enjoy many outdoor activities nearby. This unit was clean, well equipped, and had a very practical layout for our family of two adult couples plus two teenagers. Highlight was the waterfront location with covered patio a mere 20 feet from water’s edge! Wonderful sound of ocean waves, 24 hours a day.Not so wonderful was the major road about 50’ from the front door. In fairness, the ocean drowned out the traffic noise completely in the rear bedroom and the front bedroom was acceptably quiet as long as the windows were closed and the air conditioner was running.Not acceptable and no fault of the owners was the extremely annoying rooster living nearby that started crowing every morning between 4:20 and 5:00 am. Ear plugs were a necessity if you want to sleep later than 5 am and if you are a light sleeper, I would find accommodations in a building several floors above ground level. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is located in a gated community, so it felt private and quiet. The older gentleman who works security seemed to be a little over-zealous, but I’m sure he’s protective of his neighborhood. Karen was a very communicative, friendly, and responsive host. The views are absolutely breathtaking! We saw turtles everyday swimming by right us! I can only imagine what staying there during whale migration would be like! The property is cozily situated in a well maintained gated community with access to beaches and about a twenty minute walk into Lahaina. We had a wonderful stay on the island and everything we needed was in the house. We were able to grill on the lanai some nights enjoying amazing sunsets! You can’t beat it! Our family recently had the privilege of staying at this oceanfront Vrbo in Lahaina, Maui, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the mesmerizing sound of the waves and the breathtaking views that greeted us. The location of the Vrbo was simply perfect! Each evening, we eagerly awaited the magnificent sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues, casting a magical ambiance over our time together. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the oceanfront patio. It became our favorite gathering spot, where we could enjoy meals while feeling the gentle ocean breeze. The sight of our family laughing and sharing stories against the amazing backdrop was a picture-perfect moment we will treasure forever. We also appreciated the convenient location of the Vrbo. Within a short drive, we were able to explore the charming town of Lahaina. We found ourselves enchanted by the rich history and culture of the area. Our three nights at this oceanfront Vrbo were an absolute dream come true. If you are looking for a slice of paradise on Maui, we wholeheartedly recommend this exquisite retreat for an unforgettable experience. It was wonderful setting on the lanai watching the turtles swimming! Too many rules for property. Didn’t have time to do laundry of all towels & sheets. The townhouse is located near beaches, restaurants, and stores. It also is just a few steps to the beach right in the backyard. The home unfortunately was not clean. The sheets looked dingy and the place had lots of dust. I cleaned the counters before I started cooking and I'm glad I did because so much dirt came up. This place also needs to be updated, the furniture looks old and the beds are hard.The host made such a point of taking in sand but it's pretty much impossible even with the hose infant and back. The host also wanted the towels washed, customers pay the expensive cleaning fees so we don't have to spend our vacation doing laundry. Lastly this is out of the host control but when coming back to the home someone was in the designated parking spot, when we asked him to move he told us we could park in another spot. He did eventually move but maybe a sign can be put up because it's hard to find a spot at night especially when you have small children you are trying to carry in. ##### Brittany S. Beautiful property, right on the water with spectacular sunsets! We loved listening to the waves at night, it couldn’t get much better! Karen was communicative prior to our stay and easy to text with anything during the stay. Very nice!! We would definitely recommend this property as it was beautiful and close to old LaHaina, we walked it, very pretty! Just a suggestion, maybe some folding luggage racks might be helpful for guests as we had our luggage on the floor. Other than that minor suggestion, it was sooooo pretty and comfortable!! A+ in our books! Would definitely stay again!! Blessed to share such an amazing experience!! The townhome is on the beach and it’s an excellent place to watch the sea turtles and relax in the morning. The beach is swimmable but there is not an area directly in front of the house to sit on the beach for the day. The house has a master bedroom that faces the ocean and is nice. The second bedroom has a queen bed and faces the back of the townhome and highway. There is a loft with two twins or they will make it a king. We requested a king and ended up with two twins. It was great to hear the waves but not so great to hear the highway noise all night. The house was laid out well but would be nice to have a vacuum to clean while we were there. The house had a broom but it was pretty worn out. The cooler on the porch still had items from previous guests. The pool on the property is dated and in rough shape. The location of the pool was fantastic and we were bummed it was unmaintained and we didn’t want to use it. The neighborhood and neighbors were excellent, very friendly and lots of area for walking. The property manager was great for helping us check in and the directions were clear. We appreciated the follow up and clear directions and expectations of the property. ##### Stacy J. My wife and I celebrated my 50th with 2 my two dearest friends and their wives. It was excellent. The place had everything we needed and desired. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a balcony, and an amzing view of the ocean and shore. Beach access is available but it's mostly shore and rocky after the first 15 feet of walking in. But the back lanai has the same gorgeous view as the balcony and we enjoyed every second of it. Would recommend if staying with a group on Maui.. ##### Jeff D. We really enjoyed the lanai's, pools, checking out Lahaina town and having the local experience. The guest guidebook was clear and informative and everything was as stated and in good working order. We stayed in both Wailea (hotel) and Lahaina and this was my personal favorite. I'd highly recommend this property, it was a highlight of our time in Maui. ##### Lisa N. We could watch the boats, surfers, and you can also get a view of the sea turtles in the water. The townhouse was spacious however it felt smaller than the photos. We did have (6) adults and one two year old. This unit was functional but a bit dated. Very poor access to the water. The beach was very small and mostly rocky. This unit was far from the complex entrance and away from Lahaina. It would be a very long walk to town and the streets are small with no sidewalks. The entire complex was absolutely beautiful and well maintained but pools were very dated. I assume improvements will be made in the near future. Great communications with owner but poor beach access with no real beach to relax and enjoy a drink. ##### Rene J. We saw whales and sea turtles daily, along with beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the wonderful sounds of relaxing waves. The unit was comfortable for four adults but found the cleanliness to be sub-par. Would also recommend a better pest control program to minimize the uninvited guests. The decor was lovely. And it was extremely well organized. The waves were so loud sometimes I thought they were coming into the the master bedroom. The ocean pool is fantastic. The check in process was simple, quick and friendly. We stopped at grocery store and was able to grill excellent meals on the lanai. We spent most of our time there either coffee in the morning sunrise or drinks with the sunset. The bedrooms were adequate and had their own ac and ceiling fans. Plus, a half bath on the 3rd floor bedroom. Yoga on the upper deck off the master was an added bonus. Little walk to a rocky beach and a nice stroll to a sandy beach.
