New, modern apartment with private garage parking. Optimal location on the border with Merano/Merano. The accommodation has step-free access and indoor area.  
  
The vacation apartment "JJ City Apartment" in Algund/Lagundo at the gates of Merano is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN with a workstation for home office, a washing machine, heating with controlled room ventilation, 2 smart TVs, as well as children's books and board games. A baby crib and a high chair are also available. The apartment also has a private covered terrace where you can relax in the evenings. Just around the corner there is an organic bakery with a cafe. The ALGO shopping center with restaurants, stores and a cinema is 700 meters away. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to the center of Merano with its arcades, promenades and thermal baths. The bike path is right outside the door. A bike-sharing station, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. So are popular excursion destinations, hiking trails, bus stop and train station (800 m). An elevator is available in the building. The wifi is suitable for video calls. Bringing a pet is not allowed.

#### Neuwertige, super ausgestattete Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung und Einrichtung sind neuwertig und entsprechen einem gehobenen Niveau. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Geräuschdämmung und die in der Tiefgarage befindliche große abschließbare Einzelgarage. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "Klimahaus". Die Wärmedämmung ist so gut, dass sich die Wohnung kaum abkühlt. Die Permanentbelüfung sorgt zwar für etwas Abkühlung aber trotzdem war es in der Wohnung mitunter zu warm.

#### Top Wohnung mit top Ausstattung

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine top Ausstattung - es fehlt an (fast) nichts. Cons: Trotzdem, daß die Wohnung in einem Klimahaus war, wurde die Wohnung für die sommerlichen Verhältnisse während unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre angebracht gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - hat den Nachteil, daß eine verkehrsreiche Straße direkt vor dem Balkon/Terrasse der Wohnung vorbeiführt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

#### Schöne FeWo die nichts offen lässt. Küche zur Sebstversorgung Top

Pros: Tiefgarage, moderne Ausstattung, sehr Gastfreundlich und unkompliziert, TV in WZ+SZ, Cons: Leider ist das SZ direkt an der gut befahrenen Straße gelegen.
