Nestled within the prestigious gates of Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach, California, this private residence is nothing short of a paradise on earth. Boasting a sweeping 2700 square feet of living space all on one level, the home offers unparalleled luxury and comfort against the backdrop of breathtaking ocean vistas. With three elegantly appointed bedrooms and three baths, the property can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal retreat for family vacations or a group of friends seeking a serene getaway.  
  
The master suite features a king-sized bed, where one can wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-sized bed, adorned with plush linens and tasteful decor that echo the natural beauty and tranquility of the beachside setting. For extra guests, the residence also includes a couch that can be converted to accommodate two more people temporarily, ensuring that no one misses out on the experience of this exquisite home.  
  
The heart of the home is its chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a spacious layout that invites guests to cook and socialize. The living areas are a testament to refined aesthetics, featuring stunning decor, luxurious furnishings, and elegant fixtures throughout. Every corner of this home offers a visual delight, perfectly complementing the spectacular views of the sand and crashing waves visible through expansive windows.  
  
Outside the comfort of this luxurious abode, Emerald Bay offers a plethora of activities to enrich any vacation. Residents have exclusive access to a private beach where the days can be spent sunbathing or swimming in crystal-clear waters. For the more active guests, the community features six tennis courts, ten pickleball courts, and ample opportunities for biking through the picturesque canyon. Those seeking relaxation can enjoy the community pool and jacuzzi, or partake in a rejuvenating yoga session by the beach.  
  
Security is paramount in this gated community, ensuring that guests can fully relax and enjoy their stay with peace of mind. Whether one is looking for a peaceful retreat to unwind with a good book by the sea, an active holiday filled with sports and adventure, or simply a luxurious space to enjoy time with loved ones, this Laguna Beach residence offers it all. It’s a true gem, providing an unforgettable experience where every sunset and sunrise over the Pacific Ocean marks another day in paradise.  
  
We are in a Beach Community with an HOA - two weeks minimum lease, there is a $2000 refundable deposit to the Emerald Bay Community and a $200 refundable application fee to the HOA.  
  
Our dates are fluid so please ask if you have dates that show blocked.
