With a bit of a sophisticated island feel, this home is perfectly perched on the hillside in the middle of the Coast Royal neighborhood of South Laguna. Let’s get to the point. This home is all about the VIEWS and enjoys over 180-degree unobstructed panoramic ocean views. Not only ocean, but crashing waves, whitewater, nearby reefs and clear views of the sand. Almost feels like you can touch it and yet ideally located to be buffered from the PCH noise that homes like these typically have. And as unbelievable as the views are, we also need to recognize the home. It is immaculate and has been meticulously maintained over the years. It has a bit of an island feel with all of the amenities you’d expect from a modern-day home. The upper-level features beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings, an open kitchen with walk-in pantry, dining, living area, a nice powder room and ocean view decks facing the ocean and super cool, zen-like grotto with built in BBQ and sit down ocean views from the jacuzzi. On the same level is the master suite, with spa-like bath and huge walk-in closet. The lower-level features two, good size bedrooms that share a bathroom, a laundry room and huge bonus, game, media or whatever you want room! And all rooms have ocean view deck space that runs along the ocean side of the house.
