Property Summary  
The villa "Sunset Haven" is a beautiful, comfortable, detached two-story property built in 2004. It features a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an EV charging station. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, offering a serene and peaceful vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa boasts a private 1'010 m2 fenced property with a 200 m2 lawn and a beautiful wildlife garden, perfect for relaxation. The kidney-shaped swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 190 cm) is available seasonally from June 1st to September 30th. Enjoy the pool area, complete with a shower/WC, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

The villa offers modern amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Parking is available for up to two cars. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, and a pedestrian zone within walking distance. This area provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The villa offers four bedrooms: one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, another room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning, a third room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, and air conditioning, and a fourth room with three beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom/shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table.
