Stunning villa with private saltwater pool and beautiful gardens located in Carvoeiro with easy access to magnificent beaches and delightful restaurants.  
  
The Space:  
This enchanting villa is located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro, just a short walk away from Vale Centeanes beach. The property is fully fenced with established mature gardens and a large private saltwater pool (heating is available upon request at €250 per week from April to October).  
  
  
  
The property is fully air-conditioned (new system fitted for the 2025 season) Furnished to a high standard presenting both traditional and modern architecture in a perfect combination. The entrance door with a large hallway leads to an open-plan living and dining room area with TV and Wi-Fi. The sliding doors lead to the outdoor covered terrace that provides shaded areas making it an excellent spot for barbecues with direct access to the pool and gardens. The bespoke kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the lounge, it's fully fitted with integrated appliances, a coffee machine, and an air fryer.  
  
  
The property sleeps 9. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms,1 double en-suite bedroom with a cozy terrace, and 1 twin en-suite bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 master suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens with en-suite bathroom, and 1 twin en-suite bedroom with an extra bed available upon request.

Outside: there is a shaded dining area with comfortable seating for 8 people,  charcoal BBQ, sofas and lounge-style chairs.  The garden is securely fenced providing privacy and security.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024.
