This stylish two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment can sleep six people and offers fantastic accommodations for your holiday. There is A/C during the warmer months and heating for those cooler nights during the winter. A/C & heating is located in both bedrooms and in the living room. Upon entrance to the apartment you will find an open kitchen with an island that has two bar seats to have a quick meal or drink. The enclosed patio offers you your space for dining and our table can extend to seat up to six. The lounge has two comfy chairs, as well as a couch that pulls out as a double sofa bed. There is a smart TV, with a wide variety of channels in different languages, as well allowing you to stream your Netflix or Amazon for your enjoyment. For winter lets, there is a cozy wood burning fireplace to enjoy the cooler evenings. From the lounge, there are sliding doors that open to the enclosed patio, where you are able to dine all year round and can enjoy the beautiful gardens and watch the sun set in the evenings. The property sits in front of the well maintained public pool, which is convenient to watch the children or for adults to enjoying sun bathing. This pool is only open to the guests of our small complex. The large kitchen has plenty of space to cook your meals and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, five burner gas cooktop with electric oven and a washer/dryer combo. For your enjoyment there is a kettle, toaster, as well as the Kotlie 4 in 1 coffee maker that allows you to enjoy a variety of coffee pods. From Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, ESE pods or fresh coffee. With many local supermarkets, as well as fresh produce and fish markets, this kitchen is perfect for your self catering holidays. There are two bedrooms, the en-suite master has access to the garden area via double doors. Master bedroom can be set up for guests as either one king OR two single beds. This bedroom offers for your holiday comfort A/C or heating, a ceiling fan, large closet, safe, dresser, and en-suite bathroom with shower, heated floors, towel warmer, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom can also be set up for guests as either one king OR two single beds. This room offers for your comfort A/C or heating, a ceiling fan, dresser, closet and doors that open to the back gardens. There is a second bathroom in the hallway that has a walk-in shower, heated floors, towel warmer, toilet and sink. Guests that stay for two weeks or more are offered one complementary cleaning during their stay. The patio area is fully enclosed and allows you to enjoy eating on the patio during the winter months, or you can open the doors fully and enjoy to dine al fresco during the warmer months. The patio is equipped with a table and six chairs for you to enjoy during your holiday stay. The public pool sits just on the other side of the garden hedges and has a children's pool, and a spacious terrace with loungers and umbrellas. If needed, we provide additional loungers for our guests enjoyment to make sure that you have seating around the pool area. The pool, which is heated during the winter months is the perfect way to enjoy the wonderful evenings in the Algarve. In addition, there is a covered pool near the clubhouse. There is a daily charge of 4€ to use this pool, however, it's perfect for the cooler months. This property is in the Gramacho golf resort that has 24hr security and is only a three minute walk to the club house and golf shop. The golf shop reception will help you with restaurant reservations, call a taxi or any other needs that you have. The club house restaurant serves great food, has a bar and a sitting area. The outdoor patio at the restaurant has fantastic views of the golf course and is perfect for a light lunch, dinner, or a cold beer after a round of golf. There is also a great gastropub that is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The name of the pub is Dos Santos. A five minute walk from the apartment there is a small supermarket for guests that need to pick up last minute items. There are larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive from the resort. Premier séjour en Algarve et agréablement surpris de l’accueil chaleureux que Sam et Marta nous ont réservé !! Dawn est quand à lui très disponible et répond rapidement à nos questions ! Piscine chauffée en face de l’appartement, piscine intérieure a quelques mètres de l’appartement, idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région. Nous reviendrons avec le soleil si nous en avons l’occasion !! Including supply of toiletries and phone charging unit. Dawn, our host, was amazing. We were first guests in after renovations so there were a couple of issues that needed attention and sorting but Dawn managed to do this in a very timely manner, keeping us updated throughout. The location is great..we have stayed on Grimacho many times and love it. This apartment is so close to the pool and the Clubhouse which was a real bonus. Thank you so much Dawn . The apartment is close to so many attractions and a quick drive in a few directions brings you to so many wonderful restaurants and cafe/bars. The golf complex is fantastic too…and the club house does great food if you don’t fancy going out or cooking! I can’t speak highly enough of this property. We will be back again! The property was exactly as advertised. We were welcomed with a few necessities - eggs, bread, oranges, long life milk, water and a bottle of wine. Dawn, owner, was very responsive - reaching out unprompted to check all was well. Sam and Marta, property management in Portugal, were also only a text away, fortunately we didn’t need them. But Marta came weekly for cleaning, bed change and clean towels. Eating, in or out, was very easy even with gluten free (celiac). Huge selection of Schar products at grocery stores. We enjoyed days lazing at the condo plus many days out. We loved coming back to the peace and quiet of the condo and complex. We’re not big golfers but did play a few times - only once at Gramacho (wonderful course, brilliant rental clubs - better than mine at home!) We would definitely look at other golf rental options (50-60 Euro per week we’ve since discovered) on returning as we’ll definitely go back! Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Archie M., Dalgety Bay, Scotland 18 juin 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Excellent property, perfect location Absolutely spotless, great job by Sam and Marta ensuring apartment was thoroughly clean as well as leaving some complimentary food items, toiletries and wine, a really nice touch. Location was perfect for the outdoor pool as well as golf and is only a short car ride to Carvoeiro or Ferragudo for restaurants. King beds were extremely comfortable with plenty wardrobe and drawer space. Kitchen was full of every appliance you could possibly need and there were welcome ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room which were needed given temperature hit 35C. There were fly nets on windows and doors so they could be left open for ventilation. We never watched much tv on the large tv in the living room albeit had a wide range of channels and Netflix. A real bonus was the multi charger in the living area that could charge every type of device so we didn’t need any of our own chargers. The apartment is very well decorated in light colours and was perfect for our holiday. The local management team of Sam & Marta were great and quickly sorted an issue with kettle as well as keeping in touch to ensure everything was okay which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment and we will be back again. ##### Archie M. A car is advisable but not 100% needed. The apartment size is fantastic, loads of room and really stylishly done - with every little thing thought of by Dawn the owner. Even Samuel greets you at the apartment and shows you around, I cannot fault our stay at all. There was a fuel crisis whilst we there and Samuel even texted me to see if I needed any help speaking to our car hire incase we couldn't fill the tank back up! The TV in the apartment is unbelievably good - the best I have ever seen abroad! The beds were super comfy. Gosh I could go on and on and on - just everything was superb and to a very high standard. Home from home in every way. And just to top it all loads of great restaurants locally - wow, we ate well!!! Can't wait to look at our next dates and we will definitely return - no need to look any further or do any searching! ##### Sarah R. Highly recommend The apartment was very clean couldn’t fault it had everything you could possibly want. The owners have thought of everything including my welcome pack nothing was too much trouble. They set up a WhatsApp group so you can have constant communication if needs be. We have been going to Carvoeiro for over 15 years and usually stay on the Gramacho course. This is the best apartment we have stayed at! The apartment is a few metres from the clubhouse and very close to a lovely, heated pool. There is every appliance in the property, it is immaculate and communication with the owner is excellent.
