Apartment Mimosa 16, located in the well-known Monte Dourado, is a spacious, comfortable and bright flat within walking distance of the beaches of Carvoeiro (200m). The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, spacious living room and outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, Carvoeiro and the sea.

You can use the five swimming pools. One of the pools is also heated.
There are also two tennis courts (for rent at the reception).

The flat is located near many cafes, restaurants and shops.

There is also free WIFI and parking.

The space

From the large open terrace, which enjoys the early sun for breakfast and views over the valley and swimming pools, the front door leads into the spacious hallway that gives access to the entire flat.

The two large bedrooms (one with king-size bed and one with twin beds) both have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The small bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, a toilet and a sink as well..

The fitted kitchen is complete with all the necessary appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. The small appliances, toaster, kettle, juicer, filter coffee maker and coffee vacuum cleaner are also there.

Overlooking the large sunny terrace, the air-conditioned living room is light and airy, very comfortably furnished and complete with wood burning stove for those cold winter evenings. There is a bookcase, TV (with over 165 channels including Dutch, French and German) and a radio with CD player.

The spacious terrace runs the full width of the flat, with a good-sized table and chairs, an ideal place for your breakfast or dining. From the terrace you have a view over Carvoeiro, the sea and the swimming pools.

All household linen is changed weekly. We also provide towels for the pool and separate towels to take to the beach. The flat also has a safe.

Other things to note
The complex is located in the heart of Carvoeiro, so you can easily access the village and its many attractions on foot. At the same time, it is quiet and there is plenty of free parking, which is not available in the village itself.
