Fully walled Luxurious newly built detached villa. It is within walking distance of the beach and the center of Praia do Carvoeiro. The property is completely walled, has its own driveway and parking and a heated private swimming pool. The villa consists of a large house and a small house. They are 2 connected independent living units. In the WINTER PERIOD (Nov. - March) the SMALL HOUSE is NOT AVAILABLE so MAX 9pers. The large house has a spacious living room with a spacious seating area and multimedia TV. There is an open kitchen with all appliances. Adjacent a sit / breakfast bar with swivel stools, also a large dinner table that can be moved to the terrace. Large glass fronts lead to the spacious shaded terrace (with lounge corner) - and to the tropical garden. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in a separate laundry room. There is underfloor heating throughout the entire property. On the top floor there are a total of 4 ensuite (with bathroom) bedrooms with large velux skylights. 2 spacious bedrooms have a king-size divisible double bed, air conditioning, a desk with chair and a large multimedia TV. The 3rd bedroom has the same facilities but instead of air conditioning it has a special ventilation system that blows cool outside air directly over the bed. The 4th bedroom has a smaller double bed and a large multimedia TV. This is the north room and has no air conditioning. Upstairs is also the laundry room with a washing machine , a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Directly at the terrace is the beautiful well-kept tropical garden. The swimming pool contains no cloride but has a salt water system. It is heated as standard with solar panels. In the pre-season and post-season there is the possibility of additional heating by means of heat pump and a solar-cover . The pool is centrally located in the well-kept lawn and can be simply closed off by means of an 80cm high fence, so childproof. The second smaller property has its own front door. This is the original old house, Portuguese style, modernly restored but still has the original 100 year old 50centimeter thick nature-stone walls, which makes it a cool house even in the summer. The living room has a cozy sitting area with multimedia TV and airconditioning. The kitchen is modern and complete. The bathroom is spacious, with bath, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. There are 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a double bed and large ceiling ventilators. Both rooms have a spacious fitted wardrobe. Carvoeiro is a traditionally rustic fishing village in the middle of the Algarve. High-rise buildings are not allowed, so the village has retained its charismatic authentic character. The village square, borders directly on a beautiful beach bay. In the summer the village bustles with life. There are numerous restaurants and bars. Due to its central location, Carvoeiro is a perfect base for all kinds of activities. The world most beautiful beaches are close-by . Nearby there are numerous golf resorts. The rough west coast is only a 30-minute drive away. Recommended for a visit in the area are Portimao, Lagos, Monchique, Silves. House is bigger than it looks at the pictures and pool was bigger than we expected. Our teenagers enjoyed staying at the smaller house. Kitchen is nicely located in the middle of the downstairs common area. During the hottest months it might get bit warm in the bedrooms which doesn’t have Aircon but end of June nights were not too hot yet. Walking distance to the town and beach. Pool is very good and kept the children amused all day every day. The house is at the top of a hill, walking into town is minutes going down but 15 minutes walking back. All rooms were neat and tidy, the whole family enjoyed their stay, it was lovely being altogether. A couple of suggestions: it would be nice to have a couple of complimentary dishwasher tablets to get us going instead of having to travel to Intermarche, also no oven gloves could be found so we purchased some pot holders.The pool was fabulous and enjoyed by us all great that it was fenced off for the little ones safety. We would highly recommend this villa for a perfect family holiday. When we did have a couple of issues they were rectified straight away by the owner. ##### Pauline M. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for us all and the best equipped villa that we've ever stayed in. We opted for pool heating which was great and meant that the baby was happy to splash around. The villa is a short walk.to the beautiful town of Carvoeiro with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is lovely. Supermarkets are a very short drive away. Communication with the owner was excellent - he was swift to respond to all queries and was very helpful. May 31, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### May vacation Check in was easy and the owner Rens is very helpful.The villa is lovely although the outdoor furnishings are very worn and very uncomfortable to sit on as cushions are flat and metal slats can be felt below.The pool shelves very deeply so the area you can stand in is quite small. Not ideal for non swimmers. Some of the bedding needs to be replaced as they’re very stained. Often a problem if people don’t shower off suncream. Rooms are comfortable, although when warmer I think all rooms would need air con, three do not have it at the moment. But that wasn’t a problem for us as nights were cool.The house is well equipped and good for a younger family with the exception of metal outdoor furniture and glass table as that was all sharp corners for our two toddlers. ##### Martina H. Absolutely gorgeous escape in the Algarve. This property can accommodate multiple families comfortably, with a separate guesthouse and individual bathrooms in each room of the main house. The house gardens and pool feel luxurious. Family gave the property 10 stars. As mentioned before, the walk into town is steep. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of downtown. We had little problem with the terrain but the cars speeding down the hill and narrow sidewalks could be unnerving. Ubers are plentiful and cheap for those that do not want to walk. Everything we needed was in the house. Great communication from owner. The location is probably better if you have a car. We certainly got our exercise with plenty of walking. Suggest always using Restaurant Orange as drop off or collection point for uber. The address seemed difficult to locate for some uber drivers. Recommend the Fabrica Velha bakery and the A Fonte restaurant. There is an airport transfer service lady named Willemina...not sure of her number. Recommend using her services if needed. The gardens were also lovely and gave a nice backdrop to the villa.
