Recently built for the best in entertaining features: Fully equipped Kitchen and BBQ area, DW, Ice/Refer, Bath/change room, disposal, all enhanced by a Flat screen TV and sound system ( i-pod/phone ready)free Wi-Fi provided throughout. Area is fully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Upscale automatic lighting system and very comfortable day or night. Close to Shops, Restaurants, BART and Hwy.

All accommodations are fully upgraded, clean and modern in 'designer' terms. Plasma and Flat screens throughout (incl HDMI Poolside). Carpet, Tile and furnishings are designer quality. Ceiling fans and interior, upscale lighting with dimmer devices for intimate appeal.

This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint as we celebrated our 100yr old matriarch with four generations present. Chris is a wonderful and attentive host and as before, our stay was highlighted by cleanliness, smooth check-in, easy communication and thoughtful touches! The microwave broke down but Chris was attentive and quick to respond.We had cold rain during our week there so could not enjoy the outside grounds, spa and infinity pool but the great views outside every window, the pool table and watching the Olympics on the big screen TV were a hit! Location is convenient to get around Lafayette and the surrounding areas and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to rent in this area.Thank you Chris, for your special attention and we look forward to returning again!

The house is very beautiful and has great views. The house is extremely well stocked with anll the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The pool, the hot tub and fire pit are all outstanding. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. They had plenty of blankets and bedding and pillows, and even had extra air mattresses.We cooked every day and did not have any issues. We also used the pool table quite a bit.Chris, our host, was extremely attentive and responsive during our stay. It is a special VRBO that did not disappoint!

I stay at this property at least once a year, and more often when I can. It is an oasis in a great town, with beautiful views from every room, and luxurious outdoor spaces that offer a beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor grill / bar / lounge. The owner-host personally welcomes his guests like old friends.

Great place in Lafayette CA and very convenient location!

We were 4 siblings with spouses that stayed at Chris's place in Lafayette CA for a family memorial. The pictures are a little confusing regarding the floor plan but once there, it was a great set up. The outdoor spaces are great and well utilized. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were really enjoyed by all. Thank you Chris for allowing us to enjoy your place.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our stay at this beautiful house in Lafayette could not have been more perfect. The house is well laid out and thoughtfully stocked for all of our needs. The star of the show is the pool area, with an amazing view of Mt. Diablo, a perfect outdoor kitchen, and a beach entry pool that worked so well for our family. I brought my children and grandchildren for a visit to my hometown. Gathering local family for home-cooked meals was so relaxing. We had planned to do sightseeing, but the kids had so much fun playing at the pool that we didn’t need to go anywhere! We will definitely be back!
