This house was just perfect for our stay in Lafayette for Mardi Gras! It’s a 1950s era bungalow lovingly restored and in an ideal location. Walk to the parade routes and also to downtown’s shopping and restaurants. There is a train that passes nearby, but it never seemed to bother us. There is also no dishwasher, so keep up with cleaning the dishes or bring disposable (and recyclable) items.
