Would stay here again. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast was very good. Guests get to use the fitness center and pool next door, which is awesome. When the ice machine broke down in the morning, they had a repairman come in quickly to fix it. Room AC worked well on hot summer days.

The facility was clean and only a few minutes from Indiana beach. We loved the gym, basketball court and we had the pool, hot tub and sauna all to ourselves. My kids really loved the variety of equipment in the gym and kept going back and forth between basketball and gym. They begged to stay an extra night. Breakfast was ok only that the eggs and tater tots were cold. Overall we would stay here again.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The pool was nice, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The biggest issue was that there were close to 100 ants crawling on the dresser and TV stand in our room. That was very disappointing and made us uncomfortable. If the ant problem were taken care of, it would have been a much better experience.

They allowed our puppy stay in the room. Our children enjoyed the pool, hot tub,sauna and the gym. we did see the tennis courts, basketball court and other things as well. Breakfast was amazing as well. We want to come back this summer sometime so we can enjoy Indiana beach.

This hotel has so much potential. It's a one-stop shop for family gatherings and entertainment. The price was a decent value for the money, and it was conveniently located. Our bed was comfortable, but the good stops there. Now for the opportunities. The staff that checked us in was not welcoming at all. She was extremely slow checking us in, and she told us absolutely nothing about the property. When we opened the door to our room, it was evident that the furniture and unit were sorely dated. However, upon a closer look, we were genuinely scared to sit down on the sofa and chair due to the stains and "old" odor in the room. It could use a good steam cleaning, but it probably needs to be replaced. We went to the store and purchased some Lysol, and sprayed and sprayed, but it was still a little nervy sitting on the furniture. My wife got bit by something on her back, and I later found a black spider roaming around and some spider webs in the ceiling though I'm not sure if that is what bit her. Several of the cabinets to stay closed, so maintenance is definitely lacking here. The WIFI was good. There were not a lot of cable channels, but we appreciated being able to stream on smart TVs in the rooms. There were other concerns with the room, but the furniture by far was the worst. If we ever come back to the area, we will likely find somewhere else to stay even if we have to pay more each night.
