The property is excellently located, just 2.5 km from the town center, providing a peaceful environment while being conveniently close to all amenities. Guests can enjoy a terrace, children's playground, and shared meadow and courtyard. The property boasts amenities such as a reception area, lounge, WiFi, elevator, storage rooms for bicycles and skis, central heating, shared washing machine, and a ski boot dryer. Parking for 2 cars is available on-site, and an EV charging station is provided. The property is well-equipped for a comfortable holiday rental stay.

You will stay in a 2-room apartment that covers 84 square meters on the upper floor. The apartment features a bright, tasteful, and cozy furnishing with an entrance hall. It has 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a satellite TV featuring a flat screen. The large kitchen/living room boasts an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, 2 double sofabeds (180 cm, length 200 cm), a dining nook, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. The living room provides access to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers 2 showers/WC, underfloor heating, and 2 small balconies with an east-facing position. Balcony furniture is provided, and you can enjoy a view of the mountains from the balconies. Additional amenities include a safe, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. The apartment is suitable for non-smokers only and features a smoke alarm.  
  
Other Information  
The large apartment is a combination of 2 separate apartments, Berta and Hanna, located next to each other. During your vacation, you will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, and satellite TV. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and allows pets. Heating is available, and the maximum capacity is 8 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
