Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For those needing to work or stay connected, the den offers a dedicated workspace with internet access, a monitor, and a keyboard. Outside, enjoy the Florida sunshine on the patio and take advantage of the included two person golf cart and tandem bicycle for exploring the surrounding area.



Guest Access:

Enjoy complete access to the entire Rio Ranchero House during your stay. This includes all interior spaces: the two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), both bathrooms, the kitchen with its full range of appliances (including a dishwasher), the living area with TV, the dining space, and the den with its dedicated workspace. Extend your living space to the outdoors with the patio. For exploring the local area, take advantage of the included golf cart and tandem bicycle. Free parking is available on the property for your convenience.

You'll find everything you need just a short distance away, making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting to and from Rio Ranchero House is straightforward. For exploring the local area, we have included a golf cart and a tandem bicycle for your use. Public transportation options are limited in the immediate vicinity. However, the location offers convenient access to major roadways. The nearest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately one hour and fifteen minutes away by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, along with local taxi services, are easily accessible. Detailed driving directions to the property from major roadways are readily available, and GPS navigation systems will accurately guide you.



Other Things to Note:

The garage at this home does not provide enough space for an automobile to park inside. Guests are permitted to park in the driveway. (Please do not park on the grass/lawn.)



The included golf cart and tandem bicycle are for guests use only, please ensure they are returned in good condition.



Pets are NOT permitted.



Parking areas at individual sites are only for automobiles. Motor homes, boat trailers, etc. are not permitted.



Guests are responsible for purchase of propane for the grill.



In addition to your total that's shown on this platform, we do charge Short Term Insurance based on how many nights you stay. If you are staying over 21 nights, there is an additional fee.

The additional fee is as follows:

Less than 21 nights: no additional amounts due

21 - 41 nights require an additional $50

42-63 nights require an additional $100
