We invite you to experience an unforgettable stay in our cozy, newly renovated studio, located in the heart of the stunning Lake's Region. Our location offers easy access to the area's top attractions, such as Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. From our condo, you can enjoy awe-inspiring panoramic mountain and lake views that will leave you breathless. Our newly built pool provides a refreshing retreat where you can soak up the sun and cool off on hot summer days. You can also enjoy a delicious BBQ with your family at one of the BBQ pits on the lawn, while admiring the spectacular surroundings. If you're feeling active, our state-of-the-art gym and basketball court are at your disposal, as well as a game room where your kids can have fun and make new friends. Alternatively, you can unwind in the great room with a book from our library or indulge in early morning sunrises and evening stargazing/sunsets from the comfort of your condo. Our condo features two comfortable queen beds, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pack-n-play, air conditioning, heating, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. We also provide all linens, so you can pack light and enjoy a hassle-free stay. Additionally, vending machines are located on the lower level in the laundry room, so you can easily grab a snack or drink whenever you need it. We kindly remind you that smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Please note that the HOA will assess a $250 fee if you smoke within 20 feet of the building. Pets are not allowed and the HOA will assess a $200 fee for any pets. But the key box thingie, we struggled with it and I just wanted to say, as a regular renter, I am a big fan of the digital door locks, and the best system is when it's programmed to the last four digits of your phone number. So much easier for everyone and no key to worry about. Just like the external doors in this place. Also, the four paper cups, we used them and then they kind of disintegrate, so we had to go out for coffee in the morning. We didn’t have the time to use the pool or game room, but they looked great. The only con would be asking us to remove our trash and place in a dumpster far away in a parking lot. More specific directions are needed to understand where the dumpster actually is in relation to the condo. My niece and I were walking all over to try and find it.
